Michael Vick: How Much, Exactly, Will The Philadelphia Eagles Pay Him Next Year?
Michael Vick is having an MVP-type season for the Philadelphia Eagles, and has become the greatest comeback story in the NFL this year.
He's thrown 20 touchdowns, ran for eight more, and has only tossed eight interceptions.
The numbers go on from there...

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Vick's completing 63 percent of his passes, has 613 rushing yards and has a 103.6 quarterback rating.
Add it all up, and you've got the most dangerous player in the National Football League.
Eagles fans, who were ready for Kevin Kolb to emerge as the starter this season, are ecstatic over the fact that Vick went from situational back-up to reemerging star after all he's been through in the last three years.
With all his success, Vick's going to demand more money at the end of the season, and he certainly deserves a big contract or monster contract extension.
How much? And will the Eagles be willing to pay him?
Let's look at the other elite quarterbacks in the NFL who've signed lucrative deals as of late.
1. Tom Brady signed a four-year, 72 million dollar extension in September that guarantees him 48.5 million.
2. Phillip Rivers agreed to a six-year, 92 million dollar extension in August of 2009 with around 38 million in guaranteed money.
3. Eli Manning signed a six-year, 97 million dollar extension just before Rivers that very same summer, that guaranteed him 35 million dollars.
4. Donovan McNabb was signed to a five-year, 78 million dollar extension by the Redskins, in a deal that includes 40 million in guaranteed coin.
Vick's play and team success has trumped all of those quarterbacks outside of maybe Brady, and McNabb's deal was done the same day Vick utterly embarrassed the Redskins and outplayed McNabb on Monday Night Football in DC.
I'm far from an expert when it comes to the financial side of the NFL, or any pro sports for that matter, but my first guess would be that Vick, who'll turn 31 next June could be offered a deal from the Eagles that looks like this...
Five-years, 88 million dollars with around 46 million guaranteed.
It's a similar deal compared to the aforementioned quarterbacks, and the only thing that'll stop the Eagles from going higher is the fact that they must pay the big bucks to players like Jeremy Maclin, LeSean McCoy and obviously DeSean Jackson .
These are all players at playmaking positions that usually demand and usually get top-dollar in the NFL.
If they're worried about keeping the skill position guys and studs on defense, then there's a chance Vick signs elsewhere.
However, the Eagles know the asset they have in Vick and I can't fathom Philadelphia management letting him go, when other teams have shown their loyalty to their signal callers following outstanding play.
Vick is just too good for Philadelphia not to sign him, but nothing is certain just yet.
Well, there's one thing we do know for sure; Michael Vick is going to be a very rich man, again.
