If you're a hockey fan, there's a good chance that you've been keeping up with HBO's "24/7 Penguins/Capitals Road to the Winter Classic" series.

HBO's "24/7" series is generally known for following boxers, but they've taken a leap into the world of hockey.

The series take a look at two of the best teams in the NHL and a budding rivalry between the Penguins' Sidney Crosby and the Capitals' Alexander Ovechkin.

The award winning documentary series is known for their top notch presentation, but they take some liberties for dramatic flair.

In the second episode of the season, they highlight a gut-wrenching loss and they focus on the Capitals general manager, George McPhee. They make the loss seem as if it was the end of the world for the team.

The loss dropped the team out of first place in the southeast division, which is a genuine reason to be upset, but there's a point where you cross a line. McPhee appears as if he's going to break down and cry at any moment bringing up the question how he's able to run a professional franchise.

Of course, after the team finally breaks their losing streak, everything returns to normal and all is happy in the Capitals organization.
