Floyd Mayweather, You Blew It This Time

Since it's been confirmed that Manny Pacquiao will be fighting Shane Mosley, Floyd Mayweather is left out of the dark for the time being.

All that hype of a Mayweather vs. Pacquiao match before Pacquiao took the fight with Antonio Margarito is gone out the window.  Mayweather had us as boxing fans hyped up in anticipation for a superfight with the Pac Man after his victory over Mosley.

How does it feel for Mayweather to see the guy he beat steal the spotlight?  Darn, man, you waited too long and we got tired of waiting for you to make up your mind.  Your recent physical confrontations with your baby's mama and a security guard doesn't count.

Your uncle Jeff is tired of people ripping on you, Floyd.  You might be tired of me ripping on you.  Answer me personally and I'll believe that you're tired of people calling you a coward.

Why does Jeffrey have to speak on your behalf?  Why did you pick on Amir Khan?  The main thing to me was, why did you let "Sugar" Shane steal your thunder?

Don King fed you a lobster, almost reeled you in and you didn't deliver the goods to the Don.

After Pacquiao puts the old man out to pasture next May, he might retire from boxing.  I believe that the Pac Man should give Mosley his opportunity to fight him.  If Mosley happens to win, will Mayweather ask for a rematch?

The Pacquiao camp gave Mayweather first dibs on challenging their prizefighter, but all those demands for drug testing got in the way.  Does it really matter which boxers are taking drugs?  They're messing up their bodies, whether it's short-term or long-term.  The boxing skills will prevail without drugs.

So, what will Team Mayweather do besides sit around and mope?  It won't be a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year at the Mayweather mansion.

By the way, will King stick to Mayweather's side or did he already exit stage right?

I believe that Pacquiao will lose interest in fighting Mayweather after fighting Mosley.  If Floyd was smart enough, the time to challenge Pacquiao was months ago.

Now, getting back to Jeff Mayweather.  What's wrong with people picking on his nephew?  If his nephew is a coward, then he's a coward.  Millions of people are echoing the same thing.

When your nephew get some more free time - he had almost eight months - remind him of how much money he left on the table.  It might be less money the next time around.
