Terrell Owens, Cincinnati Bengals, Out for Season on Fantasy NFL Week 16 Fallers
Week 15 was a huge week for fantasy owners. It decided who will make it to the coveted Week 16 championship and who would be left pondering what went wrong.
Several players disappointed in Week 15 and cost fantasy owners a chance at the championship.
Terrell Owens was among the major disappointments. He suffered a season-ending knee injury on the first possession, leaving owners with an empty spot in their lineup.
Which other players should fantasy owners avoid heading into the championship week?
Jeremy Shockey, New Orleans Saints TE
1 of 12
Shockey has essentially lost most of the tight end reps to Jimmy Graham. The rookie has had a very good year for the Saints and they believe he could be one of the better tight ends in the league some day.
Shockey caught three passes while Graham caught five and two touchdowns against Baltimore.

Knowshon Moreno, Denver Broncos RB
4 of 12
Moreno left the first quarter against the Oakland Raiders with what is presumed to be rib injuries. Fellow sophomore running back LeSean McCoy suffered a cracked rib earlier in the season and still played well.
Moreno has battled injuries all season, and with nothing to play for, it wouldn’t be a shock to see him sit out Week 16.

Kyle Orton, Denver Broncos QB
7 of 12
After missing Week 15 with an arm injury, Kyle Orton seems to have lost the starting gig to rookie Tim Tebow, who performed very well in his replacement.
Orton had a surprisingly great fantasy season and was an elite starter for most of the year. Orton fell off the past few weeks and will most likely remain on the sidelines.

10 of 12
Owens had a great fantasy season aside from the past two weeks.
In Week 14, he caught just one pass for 22 yards and aggravated his knee. In Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns, he tore the meniscus in his left knee and was forced out of the game.
He will miss the remainder of the season.
