Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Thoughts:
- Is there anyone out there who still believes the Redskins made the wrong decision in moving to Rex Grossman in Week 15? He went 25-43 for 322 yards, four TDs and two INTs against the Cowboys and now draws a weak Jacksonville passing defense. I don’t think anyone would’ve predicted it, but Grossman is a usable option in all two-quarterback formats.
- The Denver Broncos passing defense may not be the worst by yards, but they entered Week 15 with just six interceptions on the season. You have to like the potential of Matt Schaub picking them apart, especially after he went for 325 yards, two TDs and one INT against the Titans.
- Will Aaron Rodgers play? If he does he is a top-10 option, easily, so keep checking the news.
- Since taking over as the Cowboys starter, Jon Kitna has thrown for at least 300 yards four times. Matched up with the Cardinals, you have to like him as a QB1.
- Tim Tebow may not have thrown the ball often in Week 15, but he showed how dynamic he could be, including a 40-yard touchdown run. Is he going to be a top option? Of course not, but he showed more than enough to justify using him in two-quarterback formats. In fact, against a Houston defense that struggles against the pass, maybe he’ll even get a chance to throw it a bit more.
- Will Alex Smith keep his starting job? Does anyone care?
- It’s certainly tough to rank anyone besides Michael Vick as the top quarterback option at this point, isn’t it?
What are your thoughts on these rankings? Whose too high? Whose too low?
