Pro Wrestling: Fairly Easy Predictions For 2011

As we have only three weeks left in 2010, I have decided to use my powerful knowledge and go after my inner Nostradamus to predict what will happen in the world of wrestling in the next 12 months.

***No seriously, as a wrestling fan, these are pretty much locks and anyone who has watched wrestling in the last three years will know these are going to happen.

Undertaker Wins at Wrestlemania

Not going out on a limb here to say he will actually wrestle or who he will wrestle, but no matter who it is, he will win.

MITB Winner Will Win The Title

I have absolutely no clue who will be the next MITB winner, but whomever it is, he will win the title before the year's end.

Just to throw the IWC a bone, a scenario which will make the IWC scream like little boys finding their first pube will go down something like this. The Miz keeps the belt through WrestleMania and even retains at WrestleMania.

The WWE brings back MITB at WrestleMania. John Morrison, the IWC Mancrush, wins the match and then cashes in on the Miz.

HHH Returns

Probably around Royal Rumble, could be No. 30. Could come out just to eliminate Sheamus. But whenever, it is guaranteed HHH will return to the ring in 2011.

Hopefully after dispatching Sheamus, he goes back to being evil HHH. Maybe even start a new Evolution. Maybe this time in the role of Ric Flair will be HBK.

NXT Will Suck

Really, this is a no brainer. Do not care if it is men or women. Do not care if it is season 4, 5, 10, 20.

NXT will suck and no one will really care about the show anyway.

John Cena Wins The Title

Get ready to see this picture again at a pay per view during 2011.

As loud as the girly screams of the IWC if Mancrush ever wins the belt, will be the yells of hatred of the IWC when this happens.

Here is a scenario which will cause most of the IWC to go completely insane. The MITB match will feature IWC loves Jericho, Morrison, Christian, a returning Benjamin, Ziggler, and not so loved Batista and the IWC most hated, John Cena.

The ending of the match will have Cena and Christian battling on the ladder. Christian has the upper hand, but as he is ready to grab the briefcase, Morrison knocks over the ladder, sending Cena into the 10th row and Christian to the floor.

Morrison is all alone and walks up the ladder. The IWC is ready to explode. But then, Super Cena flies from the rafters and steals the case just as the ManCrush is ready to grab it.

The WWE and World Titles Change Hands at Least Four Times

We all know the strap has to be made even more meaningless by changing hands at least four times.

A.J. Styles Goes Back To Being a Fan Favorite

This is actually one of the few predictions I am going out on a limb. The seeds have already been sown for AJ to leave Immortal to embark on a Phenomenal feud with Jeff Hardy.

Kurt Angle Wins The TNA Belt

Kurt will want at least one more run on top of the mountain.

TNA Will Continue to Misuse Samoa Joe

Unfortunately this will continue if Joe stays in TNA. We are missing out on some good feuds with Joe vs. Hardy, Joe vs. Pope, and other main-event-caliber Joe matches.

He will continue to be jobbed out to Jarrett and others in the midcard.

TNA KO Division Will Continue to Be Far Superior to WWE Diva Division

With Mickie, Tara, TBP, and Sarita leading the way, the TNA KO division will continually outshine the WWE Divas division.

I would not be surprised in the least when McUndertaker takes the belt from Natalya, leading to Nats release and her going to TNA only to make it stronger.

TNA Will Continue to Have a Better Television Show Than WWE

Honestly, TNA is putting on a better show week in and week out. They are changing up the main eventers, such as putting Morgan in the title chase as opposed to seeing the same old stuff on WWE television.

The tag team division is exciting. The KO are putting on quality matches comparable to the men. Even the mid card feuds are intriguing. TNA is just not receiving respect from the IWC nor seeing an increase in the ratings.

The respect factor comes from the IWC hatred of Hogan and Bischoff. Take them out of the equation and watch TNA for what it is and one can see this is a good wrestling show. Quit comparing wrestling today to the Attitude Era. That is a bygone era.

The WWE is rehashing old feuds, just changing who is the fan favorite. The mid card feuds are boring and a time to go to the bathroom or just fast forward. The Diva division sucks outside of Natalya. The tag division is a joke. The Cena/NeXuS thing had potential but is now stupid.

The WWE just has the brand recognition going for it.

Mickie Wins The Belt

Everyone knows it is only a matter of time before her hot plump backside is supporting the KO title.

Why else would she join TNA unless she was guaranteed at least one or two title reigns?

The IWC Will Continue to Complain About Everything Wrestling and Not Be Happy

The easiest prediction of all. The IWC will continue to bitch and complain about how bad wrestling is today and say they can write better than all of WWE and TNA creative, but yet never apply or become a writer for these organizations.

The IWC will continue to cry because Cena wins, Jericho is gone, and Morrison/Benjamin/Ziggler/Christian are not World champions and continue to write articles about how these four deserve the title.

But if or when these four loves of the IWC win the strap, the IWC will then complain how they really did not deserve the belt.
