Tim Tebow: 10 Reasons He'll Still Be a Star Even Without Josh McDaniels
Tim Tebow has been a hot topic of conversation in NFL circles after the firing of Josh McDaniels this week.
It's no secret that Tebow was a pet project of McDaniels, and with him gone, it's led some to questions if Tebow's days might numbered in Denver. With that in mind, I've put together 10 reasons why Tebow will become a star without McDaniels, and possibly without the Broncos.
Any thoughts or comments? Leave them below.
No. 10: Cash Cow

Tim Tebow is a popular player and when you're popular, endorsement deals aren't far behind.
Tebow is already linked up with Jockey, he was on the cover of NCAA Football 11, and he's going to get more endorsements once he sees the field. He's got a face that can sell products, and he's a name that people recognize.
That sounds like the perfect candidate for endorsement deals if you ask me.
You don't have to always be successful to be a star.
No. 9: Media Favorite
2 of 10
It's no secret that the media loves Tim Tebow.
I think the reason Tebow was drafted as high as he was is because of how much the media loves him. He's always friendly, and when you're friendly to the press, they'll be hard-pressed to criticize you.
Again, once he sees the field, it will be a huge deal.
That media hype will only increase his star power.
No. 8: Physical Freak

Tim Tebow isn't built like your prototypical quarterback.
He's a big, strong guy who can use his legs to make plays. He has the strength that could work at a lot of positions on the field, and the endurance to stand under center, drop back and throw it over your head.
People love watching players that are uniquely special, and that's Tebow.
No. 7: Running Threat
4 of 10
One of the most magnetic features about Tim Tebow's playing style is when he decides to tuck the ball and run for it.
However, unlike most running quarterbacks, his best asset is being able to use his strength to run through defenders and get that extra yard when he needs to. He's unlike any pro quarterback we've seen in recent memory.
Watching a quarterback lower the boom on a defender is something that will send the home crowd into a frenzy.
No. 6: Hard Worker
5 of 10
The one thing no one can ever question about Tim Tebow is his work ethic.
Tebow came into training camp with the Broncos and worked hard each and every day, even though he didn't have a great spot on the depth chart. He worked out leading up to the draft, working on his throwing motion.
Once he gets the opportunity, there's no doubt in my mind that he's going to put his everything into it.
No. 5: Someone Will Try To Develop Him
6 of 10
There are whispers that with Josh McDaniels' days in Denver over, Tim Tebow's might be as well.
If that's the case, there will be a team that would love to take a chance on him. Jacksonville was a destination that was talked about a lot leading up to the draft and having him in Florida would make a lot of sense.
Why not Miami? They need a quarterback as well. There's plenty of teams that would love to try and develop him.
No. 4: Winning Mentality
7 of 10
The one thing that we all know that Tim Tebow can do is win.
He might not always be the most gifted player on the field and his team might not always be the most talented, but somehow, some way, he finds ways to win.
That's the name of the game in the NFL.
People always want pretty stats to praise, but as long as there's a notch in the win column at the end of the day, it doesn't matter.
People love winners in this country and I believe that Tebow can win at the next level.
No. 3: Respect of Teammates
8 of 10
Tim Tebow had a lot of hype around him coming into training camp, but his teammates quickly found out that he wasn't going to try and act like a superstar.
Once camp go underway, all of the Broncos' players were talking about how humble and respectful Tebow was to the veterans and everyone else on the team and how impressed they were with his level of maturity. When you have the respect of your teammates, there's no limit to what you can accomplish on the field.
Respect goes a long way in sports.
No. 2: Personality
9 of 10
The same reason all of his teammates love him is the same reason fans and media members love him.
Tim Tebow has a very humble, friendly personality. Not to mention that he's also extremely religious and proud of his faith. Being a man of faith is a good way to become a star. Not that I'm saying Tebow is doing it for the fame, but it doesn't hurt.
When you see someone who has fame and fortune who carries themselves in a good way, you want to root for them.
No. 1: Popularity
10 of 10
Before Tim Tebow ever took a snap in a Denver Broncos uniform, his jersey was flying off of the shelf.
At one point he had the highest selling jersey in all of the NFL. That's not bad for an unproven rookie who people have a lot of questions and doubts about. He's an extremely popular player and once he becomes the starter somewhere, he's going to become even more popular.
He already has the fan base in place to be a huge star.
