The Beautiful People of NASCAR at the Awards Banquet in Las Vegas
The red carpet was rolled out at the Wynn Las Vegas for the drivers and team members along with their wives and girlfriends attending the NASCAR Sprint Cup Awards Banquet.
The guys were clearly overshadowed by the women in their sparkling gowns as they were interviewed by Kenny Wallace and Krista Voda from the Speed Channel.
It is always a great time for those drivers who have battled all season long, to be able to strut their stuff with their loved one and take part in the awards ceremony that honors the top-10 drivers on the stage.
Interviews were fun with comments about who controls the credit card for shopping to how well they had done in the casinos. Carl Edwards commented about the $3 his wife Kate was so happy about winning while Jeff Burton said "he hit it big." Jeff Gordon said, "I don't have a credit card." The smile on his face hinted otherwise as his wife, Ingrid, modeled her designer gown.
The refreshing look at the glamorous side of NASCAR is indeed interesting to the fans used to seeing the drivers in their driver's suits with the lovely women who support them looking gorgeous.
