Considered to be the future Arsenal no1 by many including manager Arsene Wenger, Szczesny has impressed when given the opportunity and looks set for an extremely bright future. Possessing extraordinary reflexes, great handling he possess all the qualities of a superb goalkeeper and is a sure prospect for the future.

BURSA, TURKEY - NOVEMBER 02: Sercan Yildirim of Bursaspor Kulubu is challenged by Chris Smalling of Manchester United during the UEFA Champions League Group C match between Bursapor Kulubu and Manchester United at the Bursa Ataturk Stadium on November 2,

Manchester United's summer signing,Smalling has impressed in his short stay at Man Utd and spell at Fulham.Possessing a good height, Smalling has all the makings of a good defender and with Man Utd suffering an injury crisis, Smalling should get enough playing time to come of age and show everyone fully what he is capable of.

Partnering Smalling in the centre of  the defence will be Liverpool's Martin Kelly who has shown what he is capable of when given the opportunity.Despite putting in impressive performances, Hodgson is yet to start Kelly more regularly.Kelly,an extremely able  can put in solid displays at the centre of defence as well as right back.A more regular starting role will let him flourish into a superb defender but he does have the ability to become a great defender.

Arsenal's left back is widely being touted as England's successor to Ashley Cole. Many expected him to dethrone Clichy as Arsenal's first choice left back but recurring injuries have dented that.An extremely able defender,Gibbs enjoys venturing forward as well and and would be among the world's best left backs by now if he wasn't hampered by injuries. But he still has enough quality to bounce back from these injuries and his recent England call up was testimony to the fact that he is surely a world class prospect.

Right Back-Rafael Da Silva

Rafael may just be  the answer to Man Utd's problems at right back and the recent game against Tottenham just highlighted his defensive brilliance.Bale had been in tremendous form and Rafael did not give him the space nor time to work his magic or run at defenders. He has also scored a couple of goals for United which is not a bad return for a full back.Man Utd is the right place for the full back to blossom and in a couple of years it looks fairly obvious that he would have cemented his place in the Man Utd squad.

Defensive Midfielder-Jack Rodwell

One of the most talented players in this list,Rodwell holds tremendous potential to be one of the world's best Defensive Midfielders. There is no doubt that he would have broken into the Everton first team even at the young age of 19, had it not been for an injury that ruled him out of the start of the season.Rodwell also has a knack at scoring goals and that too great ones(the superb goal against Man Utd)A sure England International,Rodwell has had tremendous pressure from the media from a young age and he seems to be coping without a fuss. With many top clubs vying for his signature, the future looks bright for the brilliant and sublime Rodwell.

Deep Lying Playmaker-Jack Wilshere

Creative, mature, brilliant, sublime-are just some adjectives to describe Jack Wilshere.Wilshere has always had abundant talent and potential but this is the season he finally matured and came of age.At times one is forced to remind himself of the fact that he is just 18,because he plays with the composure of a man who has spent seasons at the top level.Wilshere tends to sit deep and gives the attacking players and DM a more free and attacking role as he dictates play from the back.Blessed with great vision, technique and passing range Wilshere has already received an England call up and has been touted as the Saviour of English football.

Left Winger-Gareth Bale

Is there any football fan who hasn't heard of Gareth Bale??Not Likely.Gareth Bale has established himself as one of the world's best wingers over the past one year terrorising defenders with his pace, stamina and pin point crosses. But what has made Bale so famous was his complete annihilation, demolition of Maicon one of the World's best full backs as he scored 3 and set up 2 in both the matches against Inter. He has also been on a rampage in the Premier League scoring a brace against both Blackburn and Stoke City.Another product of the Southampton academy, Bale has already established himself as a world class player for whom only the sky is the limit.

Right Winger-Marc Albrighton

Aston Villa's Marc Albrighton has been one of the most dynamic youngsters this season and has cemented his place in the Villa line up.He did make a few cameo appearances last season but this seems to be the year in which he makes a name for himself. With a great speed, ball control, technique and an exquisite first touch, Albrighton is a classy winger who has been scoring and creating goals. His goal against Fulham was magic and he has been a thorn in the opposition throughout the season.Expect great things from this young talent.

Central Midfielder-Jordan Henderson

Sunderland's Jordan Henderson has been an absolute revelation this season, starting all of Sunderland's fixtures this season.Playing in the attacking midfield role, Henderson has been creating chances for his teammates all season all long. The recent performance against defending champions Chelsea was just testimony to his vast potential, stroking the ball around comfortably, showing the willingness to run with the ball and some great one touch passing.Henderson's call up to the English National side has increased his value and its believed that many teams are interested in signing this exciting prospect.

Striker-Andy Carroll

NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, ENGLAND - NOVEMBER 10: Andy Carroll of Newcastle wins the ball ahead of Christopher Samba of Blackburn during the Barclays Premier League match between Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers at St James' Park on November 10, 2010 in N

Andy Carroll had huge shoes to fill when he was handed the no9 squad number for the season. But Newcastle centre forward has been exceptional this season.Compared to the likes of Duncan Ferguson and the legendary Alan Shearer, Carroll has been described as a classic centre forward. With a fantastic header, great physical strength and an ability to bring teammates into the game, Carroll has been scoring goals aplenty this season.A hat-trick against Aston Villa and a goal against Arsenal his most important ones this season. Andy Carroll has a tremendous amount of pressure on him but if he continues to play like this he will be leaving a legacy of his own when his career is up.
