Antonio Margarito vs. Manny Pacquiao: Why Pac-Man Will Win
Antonio Margarito and Manny Pacquiao will face off in what will be a fight of huge proportions, held in a stadium that is larger than life itself.
The 12-round championship fight for the vacant Super Welterweight Championship will surely be one of the most anticipated boxing matches in recent memory.
The Tale of The Tape
Margarito comes in with a professional record of 38-6. He stands at 5'11'' and has a reach of 73 inches.
Pacman comes into the fight with a professional record of 51-3-2, looking for a title in his eighth weight class. He stand 5'6" with a reach of 67 inches.
The Fight
Pacman is coming into the fight on a recent hot streak, with his last loss coming to Morales. Since then, he has been on a rampage, taking no prisoners and really bouncing back as a fighter.
Although shorter than most successful fighters in the weight class, Pacman is able to make up for that with the power of his punch. It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.
Margarito also comes into this matchup looking to bounce back from what haven't been the greatest past three years, in which he lost to Paul Williams and Sugar Shane Mosley.
Pacman will destroy Margarito in this one. He is riding a hot streak and is looking to continue that and add another belt to his name. Anything can happen once the fight starts, but unless Margarito plasters his gloves again, he won't win this one.
Pacman has everyone rooting for him and has everything to gain from this one.
