Fantasy Football: Weekly Waiver Wire Targets

1. LeGarrette Blount—Tampa Bay Buccaneers (RB)

Cut Cadillac Williams now and pick up Blount. He shows the power and burst that Cadillac hasn't shown in years. After last week's showing, Blount is the starting running back.


2. Steve Breaston—Arizona Cardinals (WR)

I told owners everywhere that Breaston would put up numbers once he was healthy again. Breaston is the favorite target of Derek Anderson, not Larry Fitzgerald.

3. Josh Freeman—Tampa Bay Buccaneers (QB)

Freeman is the best quarterback that you have never heard of. He keeps putting up numbers on a week in and week out basis. Enough said.

4. Darius Heyward-Bey—Oakland Raiders (WR)

There has been a Darius Heyward-Bey sighting. I repeat. There has been a Darius Heyward-Bey sighting.  Heyward-Bey actually played well this Sunday.

5. Matthew Stafford—Detroit Lions (QB)

Four touchdowns in his first full game action of the season. Stafford is legit.
