San Francisco 49ers' Troy Smith: Is He the Right Choice?
Troy Smith, the Ohio State standout, is getting his first start this Sunday against the Denver Broncos in London.
In his collegiate career with the Buckeyes, Smith threw for 5,720 yards and 54 touchdowns. He was one of the most successful and mobile quarterbacks in Ohio State history.
Smith has the ability to pass the ball, and he is also a very mobile quarterback who can scramble.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He could be the perfect fit for the 49ers offense, giving them the spark they need to save their season and coach. Smith hasn't had the opportunity to prove he can shine in the NFL, but he can really bring the 49ers to stardom once more.
If Smith can locate his arm once again and complete some passes, he will have the confidence to win against a struggling Denver team.
Smith has some great things working for him as well. He has one of the best running backs in the league in Frank Gore, who has rushed for 573 yards but only one touchdown.
Smith also has some weapons to throw to, especially Michael Crabtree. One of the biggest receivers in the game, Crabtree will be a huge target for Smith to throw to, making it almost impossible for Smith not to succeed.
Troy Smith will be the next big thing for the San Francisco offense, and is the next big thing!
