Kane-Nexus: A Few Possible Outcomes Of This Angle

Matt OffermannOct 27, 2010

We have all seen twice now that the Nexus has interfered in a match between Kane and The Undertaker. There are many questions about why this has happened and in which direction this is going to be taken.

I have thought very carefully about this and I came up with five possible ideas, but I strongly believe that the last one  is the real deal.

Enjoy and let me know what your ideas about it are.

The Nexus Are Afraid Of Kane?

1 of 4

I really doubt this would be the reason but then again it is a possibility. Even though the Nexus has taken down the likes of John Cena, Orton, Vince and Bret Hart, along with others.

There is the possibility that the Nexus plans are to move to Smackdown and don't want to get in the way of the world champion and have him as an ally.

It Was Just a Favor?

Then there is the possibility that it might just be a "You scratch my back and I will scratch yours" kind of thing.

If WWE starts to expand Nexus to Smackdown and one or two guys go over there, it would be nice to have the strong man in your corner.

Then again It might not have meant anything. It could just have been a thing to prove how tough they were by taking down the deadman, or maybe Kane just wanted some extra insurance for the title match.

Kane Is The Leader Of The Nexus?

3 of 4

While Wade Barrett is the current leader of the Nexus, they did say that they were working for a higher purpose.

Could Kane be this higher purpose?

Is Kane the true leader of Nexus?

If so, then what are they trying to do—what is their main goal?

Kane Is Leader Of The Nexus on Smackdown?

4 of 4

This is the one I believe will happen. Since the WWE is pretty high on getting Barrett the title, most think to just turn around and drop it to Cena—wouldn't it be cool to have a faction with both world champions in it?

So if WWE does in fact plan on doing this, how could they do it? Or is it just something to make us think?

What truly is the purpose of Nexus helping out Kane?

Are they planning on building a mass faction?

What do you guys think?
