Fantasy Football Week 8: Ryan Fitzpatrick and Must-Adds Off The Waiver Wire
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buffalo Bills
Ryan Fitzpatrick has been a stud for the Bills since taking over in Week 3. Fitzpatrick has 11 touchdown passes in four starts, almost three per game. No. 14 had a career game in Week 7 against a tough Ravens defense, going 29-of-43 for 374 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions. Fitzpatrick faces another tough matchup in Week eight against Kansas City, but after that performance, there is no reason to think he cannot play well.
Get your hands on Fitzpatrick if you haven't already.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jordan Shipley, Cincinnati Bengals
Bengals' wide receiver Jordan Shipley had his best game as a rookie this past Sunday. Against Atlanta, Shipley finished with six catches for 131 yards and a touchdown. However, Shipley is the third receiver behind Chad OchoCinco and Terrell Owens, so he may be too inconsistent to start. This does not mean Shipley is not worth picking up though, as he will be valuable in deeper leagues.
Steve Johnson, Buffalo Bills
Johnson had four touchdowns going into Week seven and was a solid receiver for Buffalo. His yards were not quite there, but that changed against the Ravens. Johnson benefited from Fitzpatrick's performance, catching eight passes for 158 yards and a touchdown. The third-year man now has five touchdowns in four games and can turn into a must-start week in and week out.
Be sure to add Johnson off the waiver wire.
David Gettis, Carolina Panthers
Where did this guy come from? Rookie receiver David Gettis had a huge game at home against the 49ers, catching eight passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns. The return of Matt Moore was huge for Carolina, which was averaging just 136 yards through the air going into Week 7. The Panthers have not had a threat opposite of Steve Smith in quite some time, but Gettis may be the guy.
Give Gettis a look and snag him off the waiver wire.
