WWE Bragging Rights: Top Five Reasons Wade Barrett Is Walking Out Champion
Nexus leader and WWE newcomer Wade Barrett will finally be getting that title shot he has always wanted.
Randy Orton carries the WWE Championship into Bragging Rights this Sunday, a championship that Barrett wants to bring to the Nexus to make it stronger then ever.
Barrett has everything going for him at this point and could very well become WWE Champion before it is all said and done.
John Cena will be at ringside and is to follow direct orders from Barrett at all times, or he will be fired from WWE.
Will Cena be the factor that swings Barrett as the favorite to win this matchup?
Let's look at five solid reasons why you should consider Barrett your next WWE Champion...
5. If Sheamus Can Do It, So Can Barrett
1 of 5
On Dec. 13, 2009 at WWE: TLC, Sheamus defeated John Cena in a tables match to become WWE Champion.
Sheamus is a lot like Barrett, in size, age, and the fact they are from outside the United States.
Sheamus won the WWE Championship at 31 years of age, Barrett is 30.
While Sheamus didn't come from NXT, he did wrestle independently and work his way up the ranks, just as Barrett has.
Sheamus took home the FCW Heavyweight Championship once, while Barrett has won tag team gold.
It just goes to show you, you never know who can win the WWE Championship on any given night.
4. Randy Orton Can't Hold Onto The Gold

While Randy Orton is a six-time WWE Champion and a solid veteran in the ring, he has had some trouble in the past holding onto his title.
The past three times he was champion, he has failed to hold onto the title for more than three months before losing it.
The last time he held the title, he only had it for 21 days.
Orton is going on 27 days as current champion since winning the title at Night Of Champions. Can he keep it up, or will he slip up?
3. The Nexus Factor

You never know when Nexus is going to strike.
They tend to show up at the right place, at the right time, to give their leader Barrett the edge he needs to close out an opponent.
Just as soon as The Viper is about to strike, the Nexus could as well.
With Husky Harris and Michael McGillicutty interfering in the match that caused John Cena to lose to Wade Barrett at Hell In A Cell and join Nexus, they could be a factor again at Bragging Rights.
2. Bragging Rights Curse On Orton?
4 of 5
At last year's inaugural WWE Bragging Rights pay-per-view, fresh off of his Hell In A Cell victory against John Cena to capture the WWE Championship, Randy Orton was forced to defend his title at Bragging Rights.
In a 60-minute, anything goes Iron Man match, Cena defeated Randy Orton for the gold.
A year later, could we see Orton lose at Bragging Rights again? It's possible.
1. "Say Hello, To The Bad Guy"
5 of 5
John Cena was forced into Nexus last month and has since done everything he could to make his stay unwanted in Nexus.
However, due to the rules he agreed to, Cena must obey all orders put in place by Nexus leader Wade Barrett.
Cena will be ordered to be in Barrett's corner and will be at ringside during the WWE Championship match between Barrett and Randy Orton.
Most of Cena's hardcore fans still cheer for him because they know he doesn't want to be in Nexus.
What better way to put a stop to all of that and have John Cena embrace Nexus, turn on his fans, and help Barrett capture the WWE Championship from the fan favorite Randy Orton.
I think Cena would be booed out of the Target Center and become a heel overnight if that were to happen.
