Fantasy Football: Wide Receiver (WR) Rankings for Week 7
This morning we updated our fantasy football rankings for Week 7. Here are some notes regarding wide receivers and pass defenses heading into this week:
- Chargers receiver Malcom Floyd (hamstring) is likely out for Week 7 against the Patriots, who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers. If he can't go, Patrick Crayton, who had 117 yards last week and was on our free-agent pickups list this week, could be in for a big game.
- In two of his past three games, Miami's Brandon Marshall has 10-plus receptions and 100-plus yards.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
- Through six games, Vikings (and ex-Patriots) receiver Randy Moss has zero 100-yard games. He had none in the last seven games of the 2009 regular season or in his one playoff appearance last year. So, that makes 14 consecutive games held under 100 yards.
- Cincinnati's Chad Ochocinco has had four consecutive games with four receptions (or less), 59 yards (or less) and no touchdowns.
- Tennessee's Kenny Britt, who was involved in a bar fight Friday morning, has scored a touchdown in four consecutive games.
- In his past three games, Cowboys receiver Roy Williams has 14 receptions for 232 yards and five touchdowns.
- After a very slow start, San Francisco's Michael Crabtree has posted back-to-back games with double-digit fantasy points after the team switched offensive coordinators.
