The NFL's Best Games For The Remainder of the Season
Through Week 6, we've had great games like Opening Night, the Jags stunning the Colts or the Jets beating the Dolphins in Miami. Those were just three of many great games in the NFL this year.
Here is a list of eight more great games to come this season, starting with the Vikings and Packers this week.
Week 7: Vikings @ Packers (Sunday Night Football)
1 of 8
Brett Favre against Green Bay is a perfect game to put on Sunday Night Football. Obviously there will be a ton of boos, but with the Vikings on a roll, it won't matter. The Packers are now in a tough stretch of their schedule, so they have to do anything they can to beat their arch rival.
Week 8: Packers @ Jets
2 of 8
The Packers again? I told you they are going on a tough stretch. A Super Bowl matchup is possible here with the Packers and Jets. Green Bay must overcome its injuries if it wants to win this game, while the Jets will be coming off their bye week. It will be a great game between both teams.
Week 8: Vikings @ Patriots
3 of 8
Two of the greatest quarterbacks of all time square off in this game between the Vikings and Patriots. it should be a high scoring affair.
Week 10: Eagles @ Redskins (Monday Night Football)
4 of 8
The return of Donovan McNabb in Philadelphia was a fantastic game for him. This time, he plays his former team on his own turf on Monday Night Football. It should be a great game.
Week 11: Colts @ Patriots
5 of 8
The yearly matchup continues between these two teams as Peyton Manning leads his Colts to Foxboro to play Tom Brady and the rival Patriots.
Week 12: Thanksgiving: Patriots @ Lions, Saints @ Cowboys, Bengals @ Jets
6 of 8
Thanksgiving always has great games for the people watching. This year we have the Patriots against the up and coming Lions, the Super Bowl champion Saints against the struggling Cowboys and the Bengals at the Jets. Should be great games for all.
Week 13: Steelers @ Ravens (Sunday Night Football)
7 of 8
A huge rivalry between the Steelers and Ravens continues in Baltimore. The Ravens have given the Steelers their only loss so far this year, so the Steelers will be out for revenge.
Week 15: Jets @ Steelers
8 of 8
In what might be a battle of the two best teams in the NFL, the Jets and Steelers will battle it out in Pittsburgh.
