NFL Week 6 Power Rankings: How Far Did the New Orleans Saints Fall?
NFL Power Rankings are a very subjective thing, but at www.GuysNation.com, I try my best to analyze strength of schedule, margin of victory and other factors when considering how to rank each of the 32 NFL teams each week.
Thus far in the 2010 season, the New Orleans Saints are one of the toughest teams to rank, and their Week 5 loss to the Arizona Cardinals doesn't help the task.
Last week, they were at the No. 8 spot, and I had Saints fans saying that wasn't adequate—that the Saints should be closer to No. 5.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Although their Week 5 game was a road trip, and they out-gained the Cardinals on offense, the loss certainly takes a big hit to the Saints' ranking, as you might expect.
One of the other big factors that dropped the Saints was the fact that they had a close call at home against the Carolina Panthers, who lost big time to the Bears in Week 5. Doesn't look so good for New Orleans at this point, right?
I know that the team would be a lot better if Reggie Bush, Darren Sharper and Pierre Thomas were healthy, but to what extent can I factor that in? It's tough to try to put "potential" into play with these rankings.
So where did I put the Saints?
