AFC East Week 6: Who Has the Best Quarterback?
The NFL has now become a passing league. Each team's success, not only offensively, but overall is usually dictated by the play of their quarterback. In order to have success, it is certain that a good quarterback is needed.
Throughout five weeks of the season, the AFC East consists of three teams that are at least .500, and a team that is winless.
The New York Jets sit atop of the standings at 4-1, while the New England Patriots are 3-1. The Miami Dolphins have had impressive victories whether some questionable losses, so they sit at 2-2. And then, you have the win-less Buffalo Billls, who are obviously in a state of re-building.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Now here's the big question: Throughout the first five weeks of the season, which quarterback has played the best?
4. Chad Henne
This might be a surprise to you. But, Henne has played very inconsistently.
Henne has a 86.2 passer rating with five touch downs on the year. Along with Henne's five scores, he has also thrown four interceptions. Henne's interceptions have come in costly times, which have hurt the team's success.
Henne's inconsistency is a major reason why his Miami Dolphins sit at 2-2.
3. Ryan Fitzpatrick
Fitzpatrick has been quite the surprise so far this season. The Harvard alumni replaced Trent Edwards earlier this season, and Fitzpatrick has had his share of success.
Although Buffalo remains winless, I wouldn't say much of the fault falls on Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick has been getting his Bills in reach of just about every game, and has been a smart decision marker.
His passer rating is at an impressive 99.9 while he's thrown seven touchdowns in three games with only two interceptions.
2. Mark Sanchez
Sanchez has been a pleasant surprise for the New York Jets this year. Last season, during his rookie campaign, Sanchez threw an embarrassing 20 interceptions, with the majority of them cost his team a victory.
Sanchez has played much more efficient this season with no interceptions with his eight touch down passes.
His play has been a major reason to why the Jets are 4-1.
1. Tom Brady
This is just obvious. Despite Brady's sub-par performance against the New York Jets which resulted in the Pats' lone loss, Brady has looked great.
Brady has posted an impressive 109 quarterback rating with 911 yards threw the air. Through New England's four games this season, Tom Terrific has thrown nine touch downs with only two interceptions.
It appears that Brady is back on track after suffering a major knee injury back in 2008.
