NFL Power Rankings Week 6: Which Bird Is Atop This Week's Ranking List?

Week 5 of the 2010 NFL season is in the books and it is that time of the week to update the NFL power rankings.

Another week, another set of surprises.

The Kansas City Chiefs ave finally been defeated and there are zero undefeated teams left in the NFL this season.

Week 6 has a powerhouse game with the Baltimore Ravens at the New England Patriots, which can really change the lay out of the power rankings in the coming weeks.

32. Buffalo Bills (0-5)

Bills maintain the bottom spot for another week and now there are rumors of them shopping WR Lee Evans.

Rookie quarterback Jimmy Clausen has not shown much, but he really doesn't have much to throw to either. Panthers need receivers badly beside Steve Smith.

Alex Smith had three touchdown passes, but the Niners will continue to lose if they turn the ball over five times in a game.

Jake Delhomme had a high ankle sprain and now he has a new ankle sprain. Seneca Wallace has a high ankle sprain. Enter rookie Colt McCoy, who will start according the ESPN's Adam Schefter who said Brett Ratliff was signed to be McCoy's backup against the Steelers. (This is where Mike Holmgren cringes.)

Coming off of a bye week, the Cowboys and Tony Romo should have been better prepared to not turn the ball over, but three interceptions proved too costly even though the Cowboys had 511 total yards of offense.

Randy Moss may have caught Brett Favre's 500th career touchdown pass, but that was not enough to beat the Jets on Monday Night Football.

Too bad for WR Mark Clayton. He was having a Pro Bowl-caliber season so far. Too bad for QB Sam Bradford for losing his top target too.

Kyle Orton has thrown for over 300 yards in every game this season except for one, in week 1 he only threw for 295 yards. Very impressive numbers through five games.

Josh Freeman may not be playing perfect football from the quarterback position, but he has done well enough to lead the Bucs to 3-1 record when many critics didn't give the team much of a chance in the preseason.

Will Michael Vick be ready to play in week 6? Head Coach Andy Reid already said Vick is the unquestioned starter regardless of how well Kevin Kolb plays. Fantasy owners everywhere are crossing their fingers for Vick to return and hope his hyperbaric chamber is working wonders right now.

Second year receiver Hakeem Nicks is making every team that passed on selecting him in the 2009 NFL Draft hate themselves right now. Nicks has 33 receptions for 409 yards and six touchdowns through five games and he looks like the real deal as the Giants' No. 1 receiver.

Many across the NFL are still in shock that the Steelers managed to be 3-1 without Ben Roethlisberger, but now he is back and that makes the Steelers' offense that much more dangerous moving forward.
