Do you have a bunch of first-round draft picks that have not played up to their No. 1 status? These players may not be busts, but they have not produced to the level that their owners expected.
Here is my list of players that have disappointed so far this season.
Drew Brees, QB, Saints
Brees is a good quarterback and has had an average year, but he has not justified his draft status as the No. 1 fantasy quarterback. Kyle Orton is putting up better numbers than last year's fantasy darling.
Joe Flacco, QB, Ravens
Flacco was drafted high in many drafts because owners expected him to be a top 10 quarterback. Flacco has only been worth starting in one game all season.
Steven Jackson, RB, Rams
SJax is a consistent threat to break the 100-yard mark every week. The problem for Jackson owners is the alarming lack of touchdowns. Jackson has just one touchdown on the season. He hasn't lived up to his top-five running back status.
DeAngelo Williams, RB, Panthers
His entire 2010 season has been a huge disappointment. Williams has not had one 100-yard game all season. The problems aren't all Williams' fault, however. The lack of a legitimate quarterback has led to Williams seeing more eight-man fronts.
Chad Ochocinco, WR, Bengals
Four straight weeks without cracking the double-figure mark in points. Terrell Owens has become the No. 1 target of Carson Palmer. Chad's 2010 season has been very disappointing.
Mike Sims-Walker, WR, Jaguars
Doe Mike Sims-Walker even play football anyway? He was drafted too high to have two scoreless weeks.
