TCU once again is looking strong this year. They are a perfect 5-0 and look to improve their 1-0 MWC record. TCU is 3-0 at home this year. Wyoming is 2-3 this year and look to get their first MWC record after starting 0-1. The Cowboys are 1-1 on the road this year.

Wyoming has not been impressive on either side of the football. They are 85th in points against with 28 points allowed a game. Their offense hasn’t been much better only putting up 15 points a game, 115th overall. Their rushing game has been very ineffective averaging 68 yards a game, 118th overall. Their passing game has been a little better putting up 182.6 yards a game which is 89th overall. Leading the passing game is Sophomore Austyn Carta-Samuels who has 803 yards with 4 TDs and  5 Ints.

There is a reason why TCU brings in the #5 ranking into this game. They are dang good on both sides of the football. They are only allowing 12.4 points per game which is 5th in the nation. They are also putting up huge amounts of points, averaging 41 points a game which is good for 11th in the nation. Leading this offense has been their rushing game that has averaged a whopping 275 yards a game, 7th overall. Sophomore RB Ed Wesley leads this ground game for TCU with 497 yards and 6 TDs. Also playing a huge roll on the ground has been Sophomore RB Matthew Tucker who has 311 yards and 4 TDs.

Unlike most football picks, this is an easy one. TCU is way too talented on both sides of the football. They also play very well in front of their home fans and this one shouldn’t even be a contest. The line is a large one, but Wyoming hasn’t been good at all this year. Look for TCU to hold Wyoming to a low scoring margin while their running game goes wild.
