Oregon-Washington State: The Massacre Is To Be Broadcasted Live
The Oregon Ducks (5-0) travel to Pullman, Washington this week to take on the struggling (to say the least) Washington State Cougars (1-4). Recently it has been announced that the game will be televised live on Comcast Sports Net, reaching all of Oregon and southwest Washington.
Oregon is on a roll, one of the hottest teams in the country right now, and Washington State is making a great run at being the worst team in college football. WSU averages 86 yards rushing per game, while giving up 255 per game.
This spells disaster for Washington State.
The good news for WSU is that its homecoming, and there will be some festivities after the complete romp that some might call a football game this coming Saturday.
Last year, the week after Game Day came to Autzen, Oregon lost to Stanford. Some people may compare a similar situation, but let's be honest, it is Washington State people. They have one win on the year, and that lone win came against Montana State at home, and WSU rallied to win that game. They were down 16 points in the fourth quarter and won with a field goal with two minutes remaining.
This team is bad, really bad, and might even be worse than New Mexico.
I watch all the Oregon football games, have not missed seeing or hearing a game on the radio in about seven or eight years, so I will be watching, but it is not going to be pretty. All that Oregon can hope for is no injuries, and all that WSU can hope for is, well, the game to be over.
Prediction: Oregon 79 - WSU 6
