I thought the Richard Seymour deal was for the future. PATS are 3-1 going into the bye. The young D will only get better as the year goes on. We already have 2 #1's, 2 #2's, and now 2 #3's. Have you seen the Hoodie's track record in Round 3? PATS would have AUTOMATICALLY gotten a 3rd round pick if Moss walked at the end of the year.

 I have no problem un-loading a guy who is not happy here. I have no problem un-loading a guy who will walk at the end of the year.

As long as you get something of value for him. But a 3rd round pick?? If we got a player, a WR or a pass rusher, that can help us right now, along with a pick. Then I have no problem making this deal. It just does not make sense.

What happens now to the PATS offense? The Man (Tom Brady) can not be pleased. Every coordinator that had to scheme on the PATS offense their jobs just got a little bit easier. OK now all we have to do is take away Welker, and let their kid TE's beat us, or maybe our running game with the new guy Woodcock are going to turn everyone loose. Another words there is no more fear in the PATS offense anymore.

This MIGHT be a great deal for the future. HORRIBLE DEAL FOR THIS YEAR. You never trade might for horrible.
