Who Should the San Francisco 49ers Draft Next Year?
As I write this article the 49ers are 0-4 and seem to be on their way to a top five pick in next year's NFL Draft. Mike Singletary is pretty much a lame duck at this point. He will be fired at some point between now and the offseason.
Alex Smith clearly isn't the answer at QB for the 49ers. David Carr isn't much better and Nate Davis, according to Singletary, doesn't have the brains to be a successful QB in the NFL. Considering all of this, the 49ers might be starting over next off season and most likely will be in search of a new QB and Head Coach.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I looked at 49ers' schedule and wins are going to be too few and too far between this season. They could very well end up with the first overall pick in the next NFL Draft. That brings up the question: Who should the 49ers take with their first pick? Before the college football season began, most had Jake Locker as the #1 pick. A few sub par games and his draft stock has gone down. He'll still be a first rounder but probably not the first overall as most thought he'd be.
I think the 49ers should go after QB Andrew Luck from Stanford. Who knows? Maybe if they draft Andrew Luck that might be enough to convince Jim Harbaugh to become the next Head Coach in San Francisco.
Well that's my take on the cross bay rivals of my team. The 49ers have a ton of work to do and a lot of decisions to make. What do you think the 49ers should do with their high draft pick next year?
With weapons like Frank Gore, Vernon Davis, and Michael Crabtree all you guys need is a solid QB and good Head Coach. The 49ers were looked at as the favorite to win their division this year but that's not going to happen. Maybe they can get back with Jim Harbaugh at Head Coach and Andrew Luck at QB.
