NFL 2010: Week 5 Picks, Analysis, and Discussion Across the Board
Denver at Baltimore -7
Both teams are coming off come-from-behind wins a week ago. Joe Flacco is starting to return to his last season form that made his team a contender during the playoffs. Josh McDaniels looks pretty smart with the way he handled the Jay Cutler situation. Kyle Orton leads the league in passing and although I think Baltimore wins this game although it is close at the end. DENVER
Jacksonville at Buffalo PK

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
A pick-em game between the win-less Bills and the Jaguars who are coming off a thrilling win over the Colts. Jacksonville is 2-2, but has been outplayed in their two losses. Buffalo is really bad, and I don't know what Chan Gailey needs to do to get his team going. Yes they traded Marshawn Lynch this week, but I still believe the Jags win this game. JACKSONVILLE
Kansas City at Indianapolis -8
Peyton Manning and company begin the season at a mediocre 2-2. The scary part is KC is the only undefeated team remaining in the NFL. That changes this week as the Colts take care of business easily. The '72 Dolphins better have the champagne on Ice, because Sunday night they are going to have some celebrating to do! INDIANAPOLIS
St Louis at Detroit -3
Jim Schwartz doesn''t get enough credit for the job he has done with the Lions. Although they remain win-less, Detroit is much improved from a year ago. They have been competitive this season and will win on Sunday. St. Louis is tied atop the NFC West and it looks like Sam Bradford is the real deal. There is still a lot of season left, but Detroit wins this game at home. DETROIT
Atlanta -3 at Cleveland
Cleveland managed to beat Cincinnati last week. Atlanta somehow escaped against San Francisco with a victory. Matt Ryan takes on Seneca Wallace in a game that shouldn't be close. Look for Michale the burner Turner to run wild in a big Falcons victory. ATLANTA
Tampa Bay at Cincinnati -6.5
Terrell Owens had a monster game last week, but his team failed to win. Tampa Bay is coming off their bye week with a 2-1 record. Josh Freeman has looked better at quarterback then he did a year ago. Cincy at home in need of a win should take care of business with the Tampa Bay Bucs. CINCINNATI
Chicago -2.5 at Carolina
The status of Jay Cutler is unknown. I think he is going to play as he looks to improve on that Sunday Night defeat. Carolina played New Orleans tough and now get the Bears at home. I think Chicago is a pretender. CAROLINA
Green Bay -2.5 at Washington
Aaron Rodgers has made his feelings known about some of his coaches' play-calling decisions. Green Bay struggled against Detroit, and Washington managed to win in Philadelphia. I don't think the Packers have any run game, but they can get up and down the field in a hurry. No Nick Barnett is a cause for concern, but they still win. GREEN BAY
New York (Giants) at Houston -3
Texans look to get Andre Johnson back after missing last week's game with an ankle injury. The G-Men racked up the sacks and picked up the pressure against Chicago. Houston has a much better O-Line, and I think Schuab is going to have a big day. HOUSTON
New Orleans -6.5 at Arizona
The Cardinals starting Max Hall at quarterback? COME ON. Well they shipped out Leinart and now at 2-2 face some real problems on offense. Brees is efficient and should be strong in the pocket on Sunday. San Diego beat Arizona big, and look for the Saints to win this game by at least two touchdowns. NEW ORLEANS
San Diego -6 at Oakland
It appears that Darren McFadden will not play this Sunday. Oakland played Houston tough last weekend. Rivers seems to be rounding into form with his main weapon Antonio Gates. It doesn't matter that Vincent Jackson is sitting out. Mike Tolbert and Ryan Matthews are carrying the load on offense. SAN DIEGO
Tennessee at Dallas -6.5
The Cowboys are coming off their bye-week at 1-2 only a half-game back in the division. It is a tight race, and the Titans are hoping to not fall further in the loaded AFC South. Dallas should be prepared and ready for this team. Anything but a 10-point win would be upsetting to watch knowing the pressure and expectations for this team. DALLAS
Philadelphia at San Francisco -3.5
Philly goes out to the west coast to take on the 49ers. A team that has lost four straight games and continues to disappoint all of their fans. No Vick makes this game more intriguing because the Niners need it just as bad as 2-2 Philadelphia. San Francisco is going to win, but does not cover. PHILADELPHIA
Minnesota at New York (JETS) -4
The return of Randy Moss to Minnesota and he gets to play the Jets another time. Don't forget about old-man Brett and Adrian Peterson. Maybe the tandem you should be watching is the Sanchize and L.T. a rejuvenated Hall of Famer. Minny needs this game in the worst of ways. I'm sure Chilly will find a way to lose it. MINNESOTA
