Paul Bearer Turning Heel Makes Absolute Sense

  I don't know how the IWC will react to it, but I just finished watching HIAC. I generally like the themed PPV's but without blood, violence, or fighting on-top: cell matches aren't what they used to be. They felt like regular matches with an over sized cage partially blocking our view. It seemed the same last year too. I was not surprised at Paul Bearer's heel turn, I actually welcome it. Wrestling booking 101 has predetermined that in the end Undertaker will come out on top, maybe in a Buried Alive match ?
   Randy Orton vs Sheamus had no surprises but I had told someone who was watching Randy's new tweener character for the first time how cool it was. They didn't really see much of anything, his character was not at 100% this night. A little disappointing for them to miss that. Randy's victory was to be expected, and I did not expect the Miz to cash in MITB after just losing by submission.
   Women's match: who cares. A Hart beat the champion by DQ. Blah blah blah.
   Edge vs  Jack Swagger was a chance to highlight JBL. ( I can't be bothered to look up the spelling of his name) Is Edge turning babyface again?? And did he legit hurt himself near the end of the match? If he did he shook it off for the spear and win.
   I thought Cena was going to cry when he lost. Did anyone else think that second fan was Husky Harris? I can't wait to see Cena following Nexus around. It should make for some good tv. What a crowd in Dallas, with dueling Cena vs Barrett chants. That was just Awesome. (No Miz pun intended)
   Speaking of the Awesome one, he did the job to Bryan just as I expected. Great match. Morrison's high leap made me miss Jeff Hardy's daredevil PPV stunts. And no, I'm not going to watch TNA to see him. It just aint worth it.
   Overall I think HIAC was not one of the better PPV's this year. I enjoyed NOC much more. The highlights were: the Triple threat submission match for the US title, Cena vs Barrett, Paul Bearer's heel turn, and seeing a dog in a Rey Mysterio mask one more time. The average: Edge vs Swagger with JBL's involvement, Randy Orton vs Sheamus, and 90% of Undertaker vs. Kane. The bad: the woman's match. I give this PPV a C after a B on NOC. Stay tuned to Raw tonight and the fall out of Cena as a member of Nexus. I hope he has to wear the outfit.
