Bobby from Valencia CA asked: Hey Mo$$ love your work keep it up. So how do you like Bruce Gradkowski at QB rather than Jason Campbell?

Well thanks Bobby for the complement I appreciate it. And I like it as of right now JC doesn't know the offense quite yet so having him sit and learn is the best thing right now. And Bruce brings new life to the team he is a little undersized and tends to get over excited a bit. But if he just relaxes and let's the game-flow play out he should be fine because he doesn't get enough credit as people should give him.

Chris from Houston TX asked: Hey Mo$$ good job so far! So let me ask when is WR Chaz Schilens coming back?

Thanks Chris I try my best. As for Chaz he is needed out there for the Raiders. They could use him for more depth. He would be a huge upgrade but his return time is probably week 7 so Oak has to stick it out until then.

John from Las Vegas NV asked:  With the Raiders record at 1-2 is it panic time or to early to tell?   

Well John heading into week 4 I say it's still a little to early. Although week 4 is a very important game for the Raiders.

Phillip from Fillmore CA asked: Hey Mo$$ your a legit analyst keep it up. The AFC West is up for grabs this year but the Chiefs are the leading the division with a 3-0 lead will it stay like that? 

Thanks Phillip appreciate it. Yest the AFC West is still up for grabs. No disrespect to KC but it reminds me how Denver started out 6-0 last year and look how that turned out. So look for things to change when the middle of the season hits.  

Ramon from Miami FL asked: What is your take on Darren McFadden this year it looks like he finally broke out of his shell?

Yes Ramon I'm glad you noticed he finally proved all the people wrong. Everyone thought he was a bust, but that wasn't even the case. He is in the top 5 in rushing yards this year so lets pray he stays healthy and continues to produce at the rate he is playing. RUN DMC!

Aaron from Riverside CA asked:  After last weeks heartbreaking lose to AZ will K Sebastian Janikowski bounce back?

Well Aaron seeing SJ miss 3 FG's was kind of mind boggling because it's very unlike him. He is the highest paid kicker and he didn't prove it last week, but expect him to recover from this and start hitting those 50+ yards the Raiders need because with his leg strength he can make it from almost anywhere.  

Zack from Portland OR asked: Nnamdi Asomugha  covered Larry Fitzgerald pretty good last week. How do you think he will do against Andre Johnson this week?

Nnamdi is always up for the challenge he is by far the all-around best corner in the league. So if Andre Johnson gets a couple catches its because Nnamdi wasn't on him or a dumb call by the refs. I'll take Nnamdi any day of the week.

Tim from Beaver UT asked: Huge fan Mo$$. What is your prediction for the Texans @ Raiders in week 4?

Thanks a lot Tim. My prediction is Raiders in a close one. The Raiders home crowd will be the edge in this game, making Oakland 2-2 on the season!
