2011 NFL Draft: Top 50 Prospects and Position Rankings

Danny FlynnSep 26, 2010

Can you believe it? We’re already more than a quarter of the way through the 2010 college football season. These first four weeks have seemingly flown by, and now, as conference play gets under way, things are about to get really interesting.

We’ve already gotten the opportunity to see some terrific performances from college football’s elite players and we can certainly expect some more to come.

The class for the 2011 NFL draft is shaping up to be very strong and deep, depending on how many of the top underclassmen choose to leave school early.

The group is headlined by a quarterback class that could be one of the most top-heavy we’ve seen in years.

As it stands now, here’s how I would rank the seniors and eligible underclassmen as NFL prospects. But remember that a lot will change over the next few months as we get into the thick of the evaluation period.

Expect a much more in-depth look at each prospect when my 2011 NFL Draft midseason report is released after Week 7.
