Notable changes:

• Vick being named the starter vaulted him into the top 10.
  
  
• Percy Harvin is banged up, which doesn't help my confidence in Brett Favre. Favre slides to No. 11.
  
  
• Tony Romo vaults into No. 2 based on the 411 passing yards per game Houston has allowed.
