Oakland Raiders: Don't Stop Until You Get Back on Top of The Arizona Cardinals
A study of the historical data from 1978 to 2009 shows that the Oakland Raiders dominated the Arizona Cardinals in the category of overall wins during a regular season.
During the past seven years, the Cardinals have clearly dominated the Raiders in that same category.
Historical data does matter. It can be used to rally the team back to a winning state of mind.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In my opinion in 2009 it just took too long to make some tough decisions. Since most folks believe there is the determination and talent to at least have a 8-8 season, some points need to be shared.
Observations
1. If for some reason the season is approaching a midpoint of near eight or nine games, I, hereby, recommend that some tough decisions are made if the Oakland Raiders have not won at least four games.
2. If the Oakland Raiders are not able to get two or three consecutive wins before the midpoint of the season, then, in my opinion, there are still some insidious problems, hidden in the dynamics of the team.
3. If the Oakland Raiders lose the game immediately after Bye Week, then, in my opinion, there are some serious motivational and discipline problems in the team.
4. As far as I am concerned there should be absolutely no type of celebration after a win unless it is one of the sequence of consecutive wins that is definitely needed to lift the morale of the Raider Nation.
I have had my say. Now what do you, the reader, have to say?
Many of us are sick and tired of this yo-yo record in the win-loss category.
Even if you consider the preseason, the pattern is, so far:

For goodness sake, Oakland Raiders, give us a victory so that the pattern becomes, for next week:
L
W

Go Raiders! Get back on top of the situation and win a series of consecutive games! PLEASE!
