Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Fan Quotes From The Browns Game
The Cleveland Browns are now 0-2 and once again looking up from the bottom of the AFC North after losing their second game of the season and home opener to the Kansas City Chiefs 16-14.
As one of the lucky, or unlucky depending on how you look at it, few to actually be able to attend the home opener at Cleveland Browns Stadium, I was able to talk to and hear what other Browns fans are saying about their team from the stands.
Here is a first-hand look at what Browns fans were saying at the stadium during the loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.

"These guys are idiots."
After a Jerome Harrison fumble on the Browns' second play from scrimmage where on the replay it clearly showed that Harrison was down, and then on another no-call on a pass interference that should have been called when Cribbs was on a deep route and got pushed to the ground by the defender.
Browns fans were mad and rightfully so because both plays should have been called in the Browns' favor but were not.
Fans On Their Favorite Players

"Both he and Cribbs are what Browns football are about."
As said by a fan after running back Peyton Hillis was running over Chiefs defenders.
Sadly, the Browns just cannot seem to get both Cribbs and Hillis enough touches on offense and they really need to focus on doing just that.
Cribbs and Hillis do seem to be the fans' favorite players while sitting with the fans in the stadium.
Fans on Peyton Hillis

"Hillis is more of an every down back than Harrison."
Now that Hillis has two touchdowns in two games and Jerome Harrison has none, it really looks like the Browns should focus more on giving Hillis the ball during games.
He is big and strong enough to be the featured back.
Hillis finished the game against the Chiefs averaging over four yards per carry, whereas Harrison barely averaged over two yards per carry.
Fans on Punter Reggie Hodges

"Another shank?!"
That was the reaction to two bad punts in a row by Reggie Hodges in the second half allowing the Chiefs good field position.
The Browns and their fans are really missing regular starting punter Dave Zastudil, who is out for the 2010 season due to an knee injury.
Fans on Shaun Rogers

"Shaun Rogers has to be in there on a fourth and one with two minutes left in the fourth quarter when they are down by two with the Chiefs at the Browns' 36."
Rogers was supposedly supposed to play some defensive end this season in order to utilize his passing rushing talents more, but he has yet to do so in two games.
On a play where the defense needed to stop the Chiefs' offense, the Browns really should have brought in Rogers on that fourth and one to bring as much beef on the defensive line as possible.
They didn't and the Chiefs ran up the middle for a first down.
Fans on The Team in General

"I want to not care anymore."
The Browns were supposed to be 2-0 right now and not 0-2.
Can you really blame this fan for feeling this way?
Not at all.
My Favorite Quote Of The Day

"I've been waiting in this line for 10 minutes...what do you mean you cannot serve me now?"
That was me, who left with five minutes left in the third quarter to get one last beer.
After waiting in line for 10 minutes, the third quarter ending and all beer taps at the stadium were shut down.
This really needs to change and if you having been waiting in line for a beer long before the end of the third quarter, then you should still be able to get one and the line should be cut off with the last person when the third quarter ends.
Don't just cut off people, like me, who have been waiting patiently.
I was not pleased on a day when my beloved Browns were not to pleasing either.
The perils of being a Browns fan I guess.
