Cleveland Browns Should Be Okay If Seneca Wallace Starts Vs. Kansas City Chiefs
The Cleveland Browns are going into their Week 2 matchup vs. the Kansas City Chiefs with a bit of an uncertainty as to who will be their starting quarterback.
Jake Delhomme has been in a walking boot all week and there is still no word on the actual results of the MRI that was done on his right ankle this past Monday.
So what does this mean?

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It means the Cyclone packing will be running on the football field on every play against the Chiefs, which is cause for a tremendous amount of intrigue.
Not literally, though.
The Browns will run an offense that could be explosive since Wallace has the strongest arm on the Browns' roster and, at 5'11", he can really launch the football down the field.
Plus with Wallace's legs, he can escape the pressure from the defense and either run with the ball or buy the wide receivers more time so they can get open to make plays too.
What the Browns need to focus on is their running game, though.
They went away from it against the Buccaneers and only ran 23 times to 38 passing plays.
Those numbers should be flip-flopped.
When Wallace was with the Seattle Seahawks he started 10 games, which may not seem like a lot, but remember he is also a seventh-year veteran who has seen playing time and has performed very well as a backup.
A 60 percent completion rate and a quarterback rating of 83 is very good for a backup because it is very hard for a backup to all of a sudden be ready and in a game instantly.
Luckily the Browns have had Wallace practicing with the first-team offense all week and he should be more than ready for this Sunday.
Bringing a new dynamic with mobility will hopefully help the Browns pull out a victory against the Chiefs, who shocked the San Diego Chargers on Monday Night Football by winning.
As long as Offensive Coordinator Brian Daboll does not abandon the running game, the Browns will have a chance especially behind the bruising power of Peyton Hillis sans the whole-putting-the-ball-on-the-ground thing.
Fumbles have plagued the Browns all preseason and in the first regular season game, and they need to stop fumbling now otherwise the hometown crowd in Cleveland will show their displeasure by ringing Cleveland Browns Stadium full with boos.
