2011 NFL Draft College Football Prospect Rankings: QB Andrew Luck Is No. 1

Danny FlynnSep 20, 2010

Wow, time flies! We’re already starting to round the quarter turn pole in the race known as the 2010 college football season even though it seems like just yesterday we were wrapping up Spring ball and heading into summer.

After three weeks of action, there’s no doubt that it’s still very early in the evaluation period for the 2011 NFL Draft but there are already a few players who have started to stand out from the crowd.

The most notable of them is Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck. The 6‘4 235 lb. redshirt sophomore came into the season with first round buzz and has yet to disappoint.

Luck, who has a strong resemblance to last year’s No. 1 pick Sam Bradford but with even better tools, has thrown for 10 TDs and almost 700 yards in the team’s first three blowout wins.

The Cardinal quarterback leads a strong group of talent this year. Let’s take a look at how the seniors and eligible underclassmen stack up as pro prospects at this point in time.
