Ryan LesterSep 14, 2010

Here are my Week 2 running back rankings:

1. Adrian Peterson – Threat for 100 yards and TD every week. Plays Miami.

2. Maurice Jones-Drew – Should roll on the Chargers run defense.

3. Chris Johnson – Pittsburgh held CJ to 57 yards last year.

4. Michael Turner – Should bounce back vs. Arizona.

5. Ray Rice – Averaged 139 total yards and TD vs. CIN last year.

6. Arian Foster – Don’t expect three touchdowns, but he should be solid vs. WAS.

7. Steven Jackson – Should produce against Oakland.

8. Jamaal Charles – Had 154 yards last time he faced CLE.

9. LeSean McCoy – Should light up Detroit.

10. Frank Gore – We’ll see if SF got the wake up call.

11. Rashard Mendenhall – Will be leaned on against Tennessee.

12. Jerome Harrison – Had 286 yards and 3 TDs last time vs. KC.

13. Ryan Mathews – Solid matchup with Jacksonville at home.

14. DeAngelo Williams – Clearly feature back. Should produce vs. TB.

15. Ahmad Bradshaw – Giants need to run to beat Indy.

16. Matt Forte – Dallas should present stiffer test for Forte.

17. Shonn Greene – Greene will have to hold onto the ball.
