WWE Night Of Champions: 7 Reasons Kane Will Keep The Belt
Undertaker Vs Kane is the Smackdown! main event for Night of Champions Sunday night. Personally, I have always been a fan of anything dealing with Kane and Undertaker in the same ring. They both are two of my favorite wrestlers. Kane is currently the World Heavyweight Champion and so far I have been impressed with his reign. He won the title from Rey Mysterio and has been on a dominant roll since.
We found out that Kane was the one who put Undertaker out of action for a couple months. Also, as of late Kane has been gaining some of the powers that the Undertaker thought to control. This match should be very interesting and should show us what the WWE wants to do with this possible epic feud.
The WWE should have Kane keep the title for a little while longer. Here are 7 reasons why it would be smart and interesting for Kane to hold onto the title after Night of Champions. Kane should hold the title to at least Hell in a Cell.
1)This possible epic feud has to continue.

Undertaker Vs Kane could easily main event any of the major pay-per-views, so let’s hope that Night of Champions is not the only one. What better Pay-Per View then Hell in a Cell or maybe even Survivor Series to have these two superstars clash. Undertaker will be trying to survive as Kane’s power over the “dark” side is almost complete. Also whoever is champion heading into the match will be trying to retain their title at any coast.
Taker is still weak

Undertaker has not been himself since coming back to Smackdown! Kane should be able to capitalize and overpower the great Undertaker.
Kane has been on a roll lately

Kane has been dominating since winning the World Heavyweight Championship. Momentum from seemingly always getting the upper hand on Undertaker should propel him to victory.
Continuing to Make Kane a Monster Heel.

WWE is so close to developing a monster heel that they have been lacking for quite awhile. Having Kane win especially if they show Taker to be weak will only help this matter. Maybe have Kane use his “powers” in the match to gain the win.
Show That Kane Can Really Compete with Undertaker in the Mental Games, and Us

Undertaker should show a lack of faith in himself during the match. Something I think they should do is have Undertaker deliver a big boot or Choke slam but after the move is finished have Kane stand up rather quickly afterwards.
To Make Undertaker Look Like a Bigger Underdog for Future Battles.

This step might be the most important. I can’t remember the last time that Undertaker went into a match as a true underdog. Have Kane win this match so that at the upcoming Pay-Per-Views the Undertaker will be considered a big underdog.
To Have a Massive Feud Between Two WWE Personalities That Are Science Fiction

This is my only point that is not really related to this feud storyline wise. There’s no better way to make the move to the SyFy network then to have two of the biggest stars in the WWE having a feud. Smackdown! Is moving to SyFy October 1st and Hell in a Cell is October 3rd, which is the next pay-per-view after Night of Champions.

Kane will keep the belt because it is absolutely necessary for the WWE to build him as a big player in the wrestling world. Hopefully the WWE sees it this way and we could be seeing the beginning of long and exciting feud. Kane will leave Night of Champions with the strap and enter into the main event at Hell in a Cell with it as well.
