UFC Fight Night 22 : Bleacher Report Exclusive Interview With Charles Oliveira

Will AndersonSep 11, 2010

In a fight, 41 seconds can seem like an eternity depending on whether you're giving or taking. For UFC Lightweight rising star Charles Oliveira, 41 seconds means getting tapped to participate in a co-main event in just his second fight for MMA's leading promotion.

Bleacher Report writer Will Anderson got a chance to catch up with Oliveira recently to talk about his upcoming bout on September 15th against Efrain Escudero.

B/R: When we last spoke, it was just after your first victory in the UFC last month you made it clear that you were dying to get back in the cage as soon as possible. How happy do you feel about getting your next match up set up so quickly?
