Does The Return Of The Urn Toll Near
I have been a loyal fan of The Undertaker for over 10 years and I must say that I have never seen the WWE do a storyline like this with The Undertaker before.Tonight The Undertaker seemed like all of his power has been taken away.Many claim that he is just acting this way so that Kane does not know what he will be getting himself into at WWE Night Of Champions on September 19,2010.Now that may be true but I have a different idea of what could happen.
In order to understand we have to take a time machine ride to the year 1991 when The Undertaker was in his first World title match ever against Hulk Hogan.The Taker did not have his own strength back then.In fact you can say all his powers were in the hands of someone else.Does anyone remember Paul Bearer?Yes Paul held Undertaker's powers in the urn and did so into 1996 when Paul turned on Undertaker to join forces with Mankind.After that Undertaker had to get use to learning to wrestle without the powers of the urn that he used for 6 years.
In 2004 The Undertaker returned with the Deadman gimmick with both Paul Bearer and the urn.However this time around the urn was for nothing else for show.The Dudley Boy's and Paul Heyman did steal it but Undertaker's powers did not decrease at all.After that the urn was not seen again into the 2005 armageddon pay per view when Randy and Bob Orton used it as bate to get The Undertaker's attention.Ok now you must be asking yourself:Why is he giving us history of Undertaker's urn?The answer is because the urn can play a big part in this feud.
Right now Kane claims all of his brother's powers now belong to him.If you watch Smackdown you will know that is true.Undertaker's powers are gone so I am thinking what will happen is he will go back to his early days and go retro by bringing back the powers of the urn.Paul Bearer does not even need to return they can have a wrestler who is never used on tv hold the urn like Tyler Reks or they can turn a diva goth.I hear Tiffany is due back soon so they could use her.
Anyway I will end by saying if they use this method or not it is still a good and enjoyable feud.I am just a regular fan giving my thoughts.
