As word starts to trickle out of Saints camp to various media outlets there is only a slight peep on this site.

Makes me wonder why that is?

Where are you Bleacher Report New Orleans Saints writers?

As I sit here listening to the local news, radio and watching for updates via my Facebook account, I am bombarded by droppings all day.

And still no other articles but mine?

Although the official roster is not due until Saturday at 3pm, many nuggets have been leaked and confirmed.

Topics confirmed: Patrick Ramsey out with Chase Daniel in, running back Ladell Betts out while DeShawn Wynn is in, per their agents.

According to NOLA.com safety Darren Sharper will start the season on the Physically Unable to Perform list and will not see active action until week seven.

Mr. Sharper himself understands the situation even saying, "I mean I came back here for playoff football to try to win another ring. Whether that's playing the latter part of the season or grinding out the entire season.”

Followed by, "My main goal is to win another Championship!" Even alluding to leaving more money on the table from Jacksonville in order to stay here in New Orleans with his Superbowl teammates.

Not yet confirmed by the team but being reported by many local news outlets are the release of defensive tackle Kendrick Clancy and backup center Nick Leckey.

Bobby McCray even tweeted to his WhoDat followers, "Thanks to all the who dat fans for the support! Love yall!!!! My boy @alexbrown96 will take care of you...it’s been great."

I'll continue to keep my ear to the local streets and keep the rest of the faithful up to snuff. I love being a local with some pretty good connections.
