Randy Orton injured
PWinsider reported that Randy Orton was suffering from a sore neck and shoulder following Saturday night's house show at Wildwood, NJ. This made WWE pull him from the Sunday night's house show main event at Newark, NJ and place him in a six-man tag team match instead so he could have a lighter workload.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Orton was supposed to face Sheamus in a Steel Cage Match, while John Cena was scheduled for a six-man tag team match against Nexus.
However, WWE switched Orton and Cena with an angle at the beginning of the show where Sheamus attacked Cena, and Nexus attacked Chris Jericho, leading Orton and Daniel Bryan to perform a run-in and make the save.
It was said that Orton hardly tagged into the match and did not perform the RKO. He still managed to nail Michael Tarver with the punt kick in the aftermath of the bout.![]()
The injury might not be considered serious, but Orton will have it checked out prior to RAW.
Let's hope it's not a serious injury, or else WWE should start looking for a substitute to replace him at Night of Champions.
Cena's T-shirt caused a brawl amongst the fans
Various sites have reported that a brawl broke out amongst the fans on Sunday night's house show main event at Newark, NJ over a T-shirt Cena had thrown prior to his steel cage match against Sheamus.
A fan who witnessed the incident said that the fight lasted for 15 minutes before Prudential Center staff broke it up. It was reported that 10 people were ejected from the arena, and some children were hurt during the brawl.
It's only a T-shirt, guys! I wonder if this makes Cena more legit as the face of WWE.
HBK comments on RAW's 900th edition
Shawn Michaels said on Twitter that he will not be on hand for tomorrow night's 900th edition of Monday Night Raw.
Responding to a fan's query, Michaels wrote, "No I won't be there. I have business elsewhere that day & Tuesday. Sorry."
I didn't expect him to attend the show, but it would have been great to see HBK back for one night.
Future plans for Alberto Del Rio
Ever since his on-screen debut, the buzz going around was about WWE's future plans for his monstrous push.
The plans revealed till now are that WWE will push Del Rio as a top heel before turning him into baby face, allowing him to become the new top Latin superstar.
I'm really high on Del Rio, but I do wonder why they are willing to have only one top Hispanic superstar.
Serena comments on her release
Serena issued the following statement on her Twitter:
"To each and every one of my extraordinary fans, I would like to thank you for your love and support. The past year of my life has been an amazing journey. The people I’ve come to know will always be in my heart and the unique places I’ve been have shown me how beautiful the world is. I feel very blessed.
I fell madly in love with pro wrestling when I was just 11 years old. I pursued my childhood dream with every ounce of passion I had and I couldn’t be more proud of where my career has gone so far.
I am so excited about the future and continuing to become as great as I can be, hopefully inspiring others along the way. “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined...Dreams do come true. I love you all."
I won't be surprised to see her at TNA in the near future.
WWE talks about Tiffany's status and possible return
A WWE spokesperson spoke to the Scottish Daily Record about Tiffany's current status with WWE. WWE confirmed that Tiffany has been pulled from the road in the wake of her arrest.
As you all know, Tiffany (Taryn Terrell) was arrested earlier this month following a domestic incident with husband and fellow WWE performer Drew McIntyre (Drew Galloway). Following this incident, WWE suspended her. For more details, click here.
The spokesperson said, "WWE are aware of the situation and have taken appropriate disciplinary action. Taryn has been kept off the shows to give the authorities the required time to investigate. The bosses see it primarily as a personal issue, but they have to keep a close eye on the legal proceedings."
He clarified, "If she is not charged with any wrongdoing, she will be welcomed back."
McIntyre has previously said that the situation was a misunderstanding.![]()
So, we should expect Tiffany to return soon.
That's all for now, folks.
All thoughts and comments are welcome.
