Dallas Cowboys Injury Report: August 24th
The Cowboys left San Diego with their first red zone touchdown, their second win and a even a few forced turnovers. However, once again they couldn't leave a preseason game they way they most wanted to...healthy.
Safety Gerald Sensabaugh suffered a shoulder subluxation (basically a partial dislocation of the shoulder) during Saturday's game and is now out for the rest of the preseason. Sensabaugh is optimistic that he will be ready for the season debut against the Redskins saying on his twitter account, "I should be ready by Washington. Rehab going great . . ."
Mike Hamlin will get the starts in the last two preseason games, as he just came back from a concussion. "It's a pretty good opportunity," Hamlin said. "Just get as many chances to go out there and show what I can do."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Barry Church, who has impressed coaches, and had an 80-yard fumble return on Saturday will also see an increase in playing time as well as Akwasi Owusu-Ansah and Pat Watkins (although Watkins is expected to continue to be primarily a special teams player).
Linebacker Keith Brooking sprained his AC joint in Saturday's game and is also expected to miss the rest of the preseason, although Brooking says the injury isn't considered serious and it's more of a precaution.
Sean Lee will start in Brooking's place during the last two preseason games. Lee had a team high 13 tackles according to Wade Phillips' game review.
"Well, he didn't do this or that he didn't do that," Phillips said. "He did make some mistakes but that guy was all over the field ... He made some plays a lot of people can't make."
Jason Williams will also see an increase in playing time with Brooking out.
Dez Bryant, who is still rehabbing his sprained ankle, has already been ruled out of the Saturday's preseason game against the Houston Texans. Phillips says that the Cowboys will take a wait and see approach with Bryant,
"We'll just wait and see," Phillips said. "I know he wants to play and he feels better, but we still want to make sure that he's healthy. The prognosis all along has been that he will be able to play the first game, not the last preseason game or the last two preseason games. I know he wanted to, but he's not a doctor or athletic trainer."
Bryant was seen last week catching balls before and after practice and is able to run and cut off his right foot.
"I feel like I am progressing real great. I'm just going to continue to keep working hard with (athletic trainer) Britt (Brown) and doing what they tell me to do. I'm just going to do my best to get back out there."
Kyle Kosier and Marc Colombo are still out until at least the beginning of the season. Tight end Scott Sicko will have to pass a concussion test before he can play in another preseason game.
