Media/Journalists have failed with regard to LBJ and Favre
As we all know, LeBron James and Brett Favre have given us headaches with their ridiculous attention craving decision processes. For Brett Favre, this is the 3rd or 4th go around (I’ve lost count).
Quite honestly, while we are already through the process, I have grown sick of the media and the journalists that do not ask the questions that must be burning in the minds of sports fans everywhere. Are they afraid of establishing a bad rep with these athletes because they won’t get some big time exclusive later? Newsflash: There are no exclusives with Favre and James because we learn nothing from them that we didn’t already know.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With LeBron, the most burning questions I have are:
What happened in Game 5 of the Eastern Semis? You looked like you were not coming to the ball at all in the 2nd half and it just looked like the entire team was disinterested. Would it be accurate to say that carrying the load had gotten to you to the point where you were ready to check out and move on to Miami with your friends?
Why did you stop fouling in the 4th quarter of Game 6? And why did you guys walk the ball up with no urgency in the last two minutes when you were down less than double digits????
Were you already in Miami mentally during Game 5? Was there really something wrong with your elbow? Why have none of these questions been answered since you moved on?
Why didn’t you return Dan Gilbert’s phone calls during the free agency period?
Do you really want to win a championship or is being a global icon more important?
Is there any truth to the Delonte West rumors with your mother and it effecting your performance in the 2nd round series against the Celtics?
Do you believe you are better than Kobe Bryant as a basketball player and does his winning hurt you at all?
Are you really angry at the criticism you have received and will you really unleash a fury unforeseen (this season) because the common stereotype basketball people and fans have of you is that you are more about the show and having fun more so than the bottom line, which is winning, if you are not aware?
Why are you and so many of your peers in this generation so chummy with each other to the point you would rather link up and win than engage in battles for years to come trying to lead less talented players to the ultimate prize? Why are you taking the easy way out in many fans’ eyes?
For Brett Favre, I would ask these questions.
Why do you continue to subject us to this nonsense every summer?
Are you just trying to avoid going to training camp?
Don’t you feel you owe it to your teammates to be in camp and doing the same drills as them or otherwise making a decision that lets them know you cannot do it physically any more?
Why won’t you admit that you are trying to stick it to the Green Bay Packers?
What will you do after retirement, if it ever happens?
Journalists know very well that they have a responsibility to ask the tough questions to these crazy diva athletes. Athletes know that it is part of the territory because they are responsible for the highs and lows of fan bases and in general the sport they play. The fans deserve to have answers to these questions because ultimately they support the game and make athletes who they are with their devoted attention to their every move. I don’t care how legendary Favre or James are, they have to answer to someone just as we all do…and its not only “the man above”
This is just an opinion so please … Pardon My Bias
