Today, it is time to post an unbiased list based simply on a programs winning percentage over the past decade. Much like baseball, the variables are going to be thrown out and statistics will rule the college football world.  

Regardless of conferences, competition, and bowl games, these are the top fifty college programs based on winning percentage since the 2000 season.
