The American’s difficulties since last year’s Wimbledon final are well documented, losing to Teimuraz Gabashvili, Dudi Sela and Yen-Hsun Lu in big tournaments this year. He’s seemed fine up to this point, but now he faces a top player in Robin Soderling who is getting better game by game, it will be interesting to see how the American reacts. Two powerful service games colliding in this round, I see the Swede getting the better of the rallies and ultimately progressing from this tie.
