WWE: Daniel Bryan's Release and Return Will Benefit Him

As we all know, Daniel Bryan made his return at Summerslam. He was the seventh member of Team WWE in their match with Nexus. He eliminated two members of Nexus before being eliminated himself.

Bryan's return has been highly anticipated by the IWC, and many heard about the return due to a botch on WWE's website.

When Bryan was released, it was due to his apparent violation of WWE's PG guidelines. He choked out Justin Roberts with his tie and spit on John Cena.

Many felt his release was a work at first, but it soon became evident that the "best wrestler in the world" was actually gone from WWE.

After leaving, Bryan became more popular than ever. He returned to the indie scene and vowed to bring more attention to independent promotions. He appeared for companies like CHIKARA and EVOLVE before returning to WWE.

If Bryan had stayed originally, he may have just fallen into the background of Nexus like Michael Tarver and David Otunga, two guys who barely get mic time or matches without the rest of Nexus.

Bryan leaving and then returning gave him much more exposure than anyone else in Nexus has received, aside from maybe Wade Barrett.

Now that Bryan is back, he is most likely going to rekindle his feud with Miz. The two had a physical altercation on Raw that ended with Bryan's head being driven into Miz's MITB briefcase.

It is rumored that at Night of Champions, Bryan will get a US title match against Miz. I believe it is very likely that he could come away holding the gold.

Miz is going to pursue a World Title soon and getting the US Title off him now seems like the best business decision. WWE doesn't like a World Champion to be holding another title at the same time, so chances are that Miz will lose his gold sooner than later.

I am stoked to see Bryan back in WWE. This guy is talented and has the fanbase now to make a huge leap up to main event status.

WWE recognizes what they have in him and they will most likely use it to their advantage.
