Jonathan Stewart Fantasy Football Jabber
When Jonathan Stewart was drafted out of Oregon in 2008 he was expected to come in and take the starting Running Back job in Carolina. Sidetracked by injury he has become part of a wonderful Running Back By Committee for the Panthers, not so much for fantasy football owners. we can only imagine the beast like numbers that Stewart would put up on his own, but for now we have to look at him as part of a duo and how to apply that to your fantasy teams.
DeAngelo Williams is by far the favored by fantasy owners of the two backs although the numbers are similar. Injury concerns have hung over Stewart since coming into the league. He himself says that he has not been 100% since being at Oregon. He also says he is getting there, so watch out!

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The running game in Carolina is one of the few consistent things they have had on offense and with their offensive line, that should continue. Stewart is pulling in an Average Draft Position (ADP) of 4.07 at this time. If you have eyes for him though you may want to target the previous round as some are not afraid to take him early in the third.
Barring injury we don’t have much reason to think that Stewart’s numbers will be any less than 2009.
At the time this is written Stewart ranks #14 in our Running Back Redraft Rankings.
