Final Contract Year Players To Watch For In 2010

2010 is going to be of heck of a year.

There are a number of players in their final year of contract which means some incredible feats might happen this coming year. Ah, scrap that idea. 

Of course it`s going to happen.  This will prove to be the most competitive NFL season in recent memory.

Let's take a look at a few of the players.

Sidney Rice - WR

With Favre-a-palooza going on, it seems people are forgetting about Sidney Rice’s contract being up this year.  With Favre we certainly know what he is capable of... without him might be another question.

Randy Moss - WR

Randy expressed some concerns over his tenure with the Patriots; do you think he ends up somewhere else?  Some say the Vikings, but is that a reality or a pipe dream?

Vernon Davis - TE

Davis had a breakout year in 2009 and some sceptics are claiming that’s all this tugboat has left in the tank.  Your thoughts?

Tom Brady - QB

Can the boy wonder make 2010 a stellar year?  Sources are telling me that New England is looking to go deep into the playoffs and are happy with their team and chances.

Peyton Manning - QB

2010 will be a long year for Manning.  He will be playing every game as if it was last year's Super Bowl, but this time with a lot more change in his pocket.

Darrelle Revis - CB

The question is not WHEN he will sign, but with WHO.

Vincent Jackson - WR

Despite the issues with suspension and contracts, the man clearly has talent.

Expect Jackson to come back with a vengeance.  The Chargers have seemed to move on or have little concern for the situation; does this mean Jackson will find a new home sooner than later?
