In this, the second part of our series looking deeper into the Chicago Blackhawks' 2010-2011 schedule, we will now take a look at the Blackhawks' schedule for the month of November 2010.

The Blackhawks start out the month of November with a visit to New York to take on the Rangers.  The Blackhawks played the Rangers one time last season and won, and with the Rangers possibly holding down the basement of the Atlantic Division next season, the Blackhawks could easily win this game.

Chicago will play the New Jersey Devils in November this coming season.  Last season, the Blackhawks had a 2-0 record against the Devils, who ended up making the playoffs last season.  The Devils should be solid again and present quite a challenge to the Blackhawks, who have undergone some significant changes since these two teams last met.  Hopefully the Hawks will be able to win and keep their drive to the Cup going.

The Blackhawks will play the Atlanta Thrashers during the month of November, and incidentally, this will be their first game against some of their former teammates, most notably Dustin Byfuglien (who was traded earlier this offseason).  This should be an interesting game.  When these two teams played last season, the Blackhawks won the only game they played.  Atlanta should be much better next season, and this game will draw a lot of interest from Hawks' fans because of all of the ex-Hawks on the Thrashers roster.  Circle this game on your calendar!

Chicago will play the Edmonton Oilers twice in the month of November after having played them in the month of October.  Edmonton didn’t beat the Hawks last year and could fall again to them in both games during the month.  Edmonton will be better but not so much better that they will be able to beat the Hawks.

Chicago will play the Phoenix Coyotes in the month of November as well.  Last season the Blackhawks played the Coyotes four times and split the series.  They could give the Hawks some problems this year though, as Phoenix is an up-and-coming NHL team.

Chicago will travel to Nashville during the month of November to take on the Predators.  Last season, not including the playoffs, the Blackhawks split six games with Nashville, and hopes are high that they will be able to overcome the Predators this season and set themselves up for another shot at the Cup.

The Blackhawks will host the Anaheim Ducks once in the month of November as well and will also travel to Anaheim to take them on.  These two teams got together four times last season, and the Ducks earned a 3-1 advantage in the series.  This year, the Blackhawks will try to beat the Ducks and win the series against them.  It will be a challenge, but it’s one that the Hawks will be up to.

Chicago will travel to Calgary to take on the Flames during the month.  The Blackhawks and the Flames played each other four times last season, and the Blackhawks beat the Flames in all four games played.  Hopefully the Hawks will be able to continue that kind of success against them this coming season and use them to gain wins and drive towards another NHL title.

The Vancouver Canucks will come the United Center in November to take on the Hawks.  Last season, these two teams played each other four times, and the Hawks lost three out of those four games.  Chicago will hope that it can beat the Canucks this season and continue its way towards the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Chicago will head to the west coast to take on the San Jose Sharks towards the end of November.  Last season, the Blackhawks went 3-1 against the Sharks and will hope to repeat that success again this season.  San Jose should be better this coming season, so the Blackhawks will have to hope that they still have what it takes to beat the Sharks when they meet this year.

The Blackhawks will play the LA Kings in their second-to-last game of the month.  During the 2009-2010 season, the Hawks had a 3-1 record against them and by this time in the 2010-2011 season they will have already played the Kings.  Hopefully the Blackhawks can keep up their winning ways against the Kings and help keep pace with other teams to get into the playoffs.

The final game of the month will pit the Blackhawks and the St. Louis Blues against one another at the United Center in Chicago.  Last year Chicago's record against the Blues was 3-2, and these two teams should have some interesting games in 2010.
