In what might be the greatest business idea of all-time, JaMarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf have decided to start a restaurant chain called Big Busts. The restaurant is very similar to Hooters, with scantily-clad, large chested women serving up beer and wings, in an atmosphere that looks like a NFL draft room. They will open two restaurants, in San Diego and Oakland. Two other investors who will be involved in this venture are Kwame Brown and Sam Bowie. Kwame's restaurant would be in Washington, D.C. Sam Bowie's location was originally going to be in Portland, Oregon, but they settled on a mobile version that would always be in front of Michael Jordan, no matter where he goes.
