new york yankees trade deadline good or Bad?

yankees have Acquired OF Xavier Nady and LHP Damaso Marte from the Pittsburgh Pirates in exchange for RHPs Jeff Karstens, Daniel McCutchen, Ross Ohlendorf and OF Jose Tabata. now thats a good deal for the yankees but they really didnt fill in the starting pitching hole. the yankees should be worried about going late in the season with darrel rasner 5-8 4.92 and ponson 6-2 4.59 his numbers may not seem to bad but in his last 4 starts he has pitched 20.2 inning and has let up 18 ER not so go. they where going after jarod washburn witch wasn't a good idea and good thing they held off and  didn't trade melky or gadner i know gadner only hit 150 but i think he is a good player and can contribute on the yankees in a couple of years. so Yankees now have a pitching staff that looks like this

Mussina 13-7 3.56 (old but good should still finish up around 18-20 wins and finish off a good year)

joba 4-3 2.24 (going to do even better expect more wins low run support is the reason for lack of wins)

pettitte 12-7 3.76 (has had up and downs this year should have a decent second half and finish with 16-18 wins)

poson 6-2 4.59 (wont be in the rotation for long if hughes has fats rehab or kennedy gets a call up.

rasner 5-8 4.92 ( alawys the same not to bad but nothing that is gonna help make the playoffs)
